This is not possible on a shell-less hosting. Besides, it is not a migration, 
but a brand new installation I attempted, from the uncompressed archive since 
installation assistant didn't work.

Wouldn't it be a better idea if the install wizard asked right from the start 
if we want an encrypted installation? This way, there wouldn't be any internal 
migration problems, such as I seem to experience here.

In the meantime, how would I encrypt files with OC6? The Encryption app doesn't 
seem to work properly.
