charset from this and how can I tell oxf coding or decodingd follow
this?

Hi Xiangya,

We have a patch for this issue. See Erik's reply to Alexander Stoulov who first posted about the issue with Russian characters:

Erik is currently on vacation. He will be back during the January 12 week. So he will get back to you at this point with a patch to OXF.

Alex
