Hi there,
+1 on this RFE. :-)
Document based soap seems to be the way things are going and maybe it is
more intuitive for xml applications than RPC based. Also, with things like
dotnet making document based the default form there are a growing number of
third party webservices that won't work unless the delegation processor can
do document based.
