Hello,
In the list of files that will be committed right click on
the file that you want to diff and select Show Modifications
from the popup menu. We will consider implementing this
action also on a double click on a file displayed in the
Commit dialog.

needed to cancel out of a commit because I want to diff one of the files
in the commit to see what has changed in that file. I'm having to open
MacVim and create all of my comments there, and then copy/paste those into
the commit dialog, which is also inconvenient.
