Hello, The action Open File at Caret opened an XSL file from the frameworks directory because the XML catalogs of the document types from Preferences -> Document Type Association have higher priority than the XML catalogs from Preferences -> XML -> XML Catalog. If the href value contains "1.75.2" that URL can be resolved only with your XML catalog added in Preferences -> XML -> XML Catalog.
