Hi Yves,
You can try to create an alternate CSS layer for hiding the prolog and
then select it from the "Styles" drop-down menu. The steps would be
something like:

The selection in the Styles drop-down should be persistent for all other
subsequently opened topics.
We'll probably also include such a custom CSS layer in a future version
of Oxygen because it sounds useful.
