I have looked in the preference dialogue and did not find how to color specifically indexterms in the author mode. In text mode they can not be given specific colors as well. Do I miss something?
For me when indexing my book, it would be very (!) helpful when the existing indexterms reach out to the eye. Any help appreciated.
