feedback. The issue ID is EXM-40432.
There are some challenges that we need to think about, especially on
some platforms, but we'll see...

Considering how often oXygen tells me that something won't take effect
until I restart, it would be useful to have a 'Restart' item in the
'File' menu that makes it easy to do.
It would be even more useful if the 'To apply these changes, you must
restart the application.' dialog box included a button for immediately
restarting the application.
