Hello, We are receiving an error when transforming a set of dita files into a PDF. The error message is very obscure, in that it is very difficult to pinpoint the source of the error. Here is the message:
[ahf] Unresolved index-key value: "indexid-1393266570". As far as I know, there is no way to locate the indexid in a dita file/ditamap. We initially suspected that it may have been due to an empty index tag, but we have not been able to find such culprit. We are stymied at this point - any help with debugging this message would be greatly appreciated! *regards* Hank D. Gorbsky
