[oXygen-user] The Oxygen editor says there is an error in my XQuery Update file but there is no error when I run it from the command line

I have a simple XQuery Update file:

[cid:image001.png@01D92E34.704F90E0]

Notice the error message. However, when I run the XQuery Update from a command 
line using Saxon, I get no errors. So why is the Oxygen editor saying there is 
an error?
