We've talked about this before and I am really of the opinion that we should
only use the current RFC-compliant headers. eg:

List-Id: ozDotNet <ozdotnet.ozdotnet.com>
List-Unsubscribe: <http://prdlxvm0001.codify.net/mailman/listinfo/ozdotnet>,
<mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe>
List-Archive: <http://prdlxvm0001.codify.net/pipermail/ozdotnet>
List-Post: <mailto:[email protected]>
List-Help: <mailto:[email protected]?subject=help>
List-Subscribe: <http://prdlxvm0001.codify.net/mailman/listinfo/ozdotnet>,
<mailto:[email protected]?subject=subscribe>

The reason for this is that most people these days have a rich e-mail client
that allows for tags/labels, filing in folders and so on - so for most
people you end up with messages tagged twice. I know it is not the answer
you want but I am reluctant to turn subject prefixing on.

What is the webmail client that you use (maybe there is a work around)? Is
it something outdated work forces you to use or can you use something more
modern (OWA, gmail, etc?) Can you filter based on a full-text search of the
message header+body?

David.
