We used eXpert PDF Creator COM Library to produce these: http://www.codify.com/CaseStudies/TMSProfiles Not exactly what you're after but you can make PDFs out of a GDI DC and the results are fantastic. It has been in production for years and never missed a beat. The only gripe is the lack of x64 version.
