I've not done this, but I suspect that you'll probably get a better bang for
your buck in KL. Last time I was there the prices of housing and general
cost of living were significantly cheaper than Singapore, and I understand
that your earning capacity would be about equal. Personally I find KL to be
a more livable city than Singapore, though YMMV.

Be interested to hear how you go with this should you decide to take it on.
