Depends how "only" only is.

It's hard for me to answer this unbiasedly. I would say "yes" still,
but that's because I know I wouldn't be using "only" custom stored
procedures.

If only is truly "only" (which would, IMHO, but quite weird) then I
would say no. There is on benefit at all really. May as well just
write a 2-second wrapper to call them. That said, I think you can
probably do things in LLBLGen to type your stored procedures in some
fashion. I haven't taken the time to look into it, because it isn't
relevant for me. I use a few stored procedures, typically, but not a
lot.
