Hardly.

(It's probably worth noting my opinions may be biased on this matter
at the moment, so feel free to disregard everything I say).

I was implying that the job-posting process on any given website could
not allow direct writing of terms, but the selection of existing terms
from the jobs own database. And once having done so, the recruiter
would be able to 'scale' the experience up to a pre-confiqured (by the
programmers) maximum. In this way, the recruiter would have no control
over the # of years, they'd simply scale it up to 'expert' (or, you
know, if they wanted someone really smart, 'silky').
