I had done a rebuild and that did nothing.
I did a clean and rebuild and hey presto it worked fine.
Not sure why. But in the future if it doesn't work I will try a clean
and rebuild.
I was almost going to bring up VS2008 but thankfully I don't need to now.

Could it be a stale exe you're running? Make sure to Clean Solution
and do a full Rebuild.
