Something to think about!
Desktop machines always have more grunt at the cost of portability.
Not sure why I want to take my work home with me anyway!!
Going for a desktop (with SSD) would be cheaper, and allow more
(bigger?) screens for the same $$, compared to a laptop. (and thus
easier to get approval for purchase)
