It entirely depends on what you are looking for in an IoC container, for composition I personally use MEF[1] but that's likely a bias because I worked on it. I've also heard very good things about Autofac - and looking at the latest appears to be very influenced by some of the things we set out to achieve in MEF. Not surprisingly, Nick Blumhardt, who owns Autofac, also used work on MEF. :)
