There is no right click context menu option in VS2010 to open the xaml in
Expression Blend 4.

 

I can open the solution in Expression Blend 4 which is ok.

 

I thought there must be some option to enable this.

But if you want a default double click action to open it in blend from the
IDE, you can change the defaults in the vs2010 options from memory.
