That's link works with most kb articles, just replace the number in the URL with your requesting KB number and hey presto you've got your hotfixes

A bit of digging reveals a KB article (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971521/) as a likely culprit. The article says there is a hotfix download available, but either I am blind, the hotfix is not available for public download, or I have to contact Microsoft to obtain the patch?
