Like David suggest, you need to give more details other than "does not work"
;)

Personally, I keep all VB builds done in a XP VM. Less likely to have "DLL
Hell" issues. Chances are he/she is have dependency issues with deployment.
If so, try compiling it in a clean XP (Sp3 preferably) VM, and see how they
go.
