RE: VS2010 SP1 and SDF editor

Thanks to a subscriber who pointed out that there is VS2010 Extension called
'SQL Server Compact Toolbox' which lets you open a CE database in the Server
Explorer pane provides context menus for tables and columns. Double clicking
SDF files in the Solution Explorer still opens the useless binary viewer --
