Interesting, My professional license has just expired this month which means it was only about 12 months ago I got the Premium license. It didn't specify same country on the logo.
Yup, checked the dispatch date. 3/3/2010. I guess it depends on who the sales person is and how much discount they can get away with. I do like how Microway follow up with an email reminding you to renew. (why wouldnt they, they get another sale from it). Just found this on their website: "Note2: The situation with some vendors is slightly more complicated when we are their exclusive Australian distributor. In this situation we supply the products to other Australian resellers and we're not able to undercut those resellers in relation to those products. However, even with those exclusive products, we will still compete and better the prices from overseas suppliers." Basically it has to be a legitimate website/deal, other than that no restrictions that I can see. Anyone could throw up a website "selling" msdn subscriptions.
