I think we still can use c++ to call TAPI. But as far as i know , only ms,
manufacturers and operators can publish the app using native code.

If you’re familiar with C++ & Windows Mobile 6 days, you can write a DLL to
perform those tasks for you, and call that DLL using COM objects in
Silverlight.

I have unlocked wp7 phone..what do you mean by native app? I have already
created a wp7 app but when i dial the service codes..its says ‘service codes
can only be entered directly using the phones keypad’

If it’s an app just for you, and you’ve got a dev unlocked account.  You can
write a native app for WP7 to do it all.  But don’t bother trying to submit
it to the marketplace.

I know all the codes but wanted a quick why to turn on call forwarding..i

Maybe b/c wp7 is so restrictive....joined the apphub thinking i could create
a simple application using service codes...but appears this is not
