I can also highly recommend Help & Manual.

I've used Help & Manual but it's not free and not that cheap.

Subject: Help files

G'day folks,

What do people use to build help files these days?

I'm looking for something that's relatively cheap / free and that's easy for
end users. At this stage I only need to do a brief Getting Started section
and a few high level concepts.

Cheers.
