How to go about syncing an SQL Server contacts table with an outlook address folder?

Hi All

 

Can anyone advise the best way to go about the above?

My client is using Outlook 2003

 

I have looked at referencing the outlook object library - but cant figure
out how to identify conflicts . let alone resolve them
