Hi folks,

I've got an application that runs on 10 users machines here. The machines
are supposed to have .NET 3.5 installed as part of the SOE, but quite a few
haven't had them (which implies that the SOE is not standard).

On the first form, there is a combobox that is filled from a database, so
sometimes it is empty (a requirement). Clicking on the bax always shows a
dropdown list, either filled with items or having one blank item).

On one users machine (who appears to have 3.5 installed, as it shows up in
the Windows Framework directory), clicking on the combobox does nothing at
all, almost as if the combobox has hung. I am sure he has access to the
database as he runs other apps that use the same connection setup. I can't
work out why this behaviour would be happening only for him.

I'm hoping someone has a quick/easy suggestion as the powers that be don't
want me spending "too much" (any) time on getting this working.

Any ideas?

Dave
