With the release of VS2008 it was possible to step into parts/some of the
.net framework class libraries.

I tried to set this up in VS2010.

I can see the settings and have changed them to what is suggested for VS2008
as per
http://www.hanselman.com/blog/NETFrameworkLibrarySourceCodeAvailableForViewi
ng.aspx

With respect to the symbols, VS2010 already had this set to "Microsoft
Symbol Servers"

I added the reference to <http://referencesource.microsoft.com/symbols>
http://referencesource.microsoft.com/symbols

I follow the instructions
(http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sburke/archive/2008/01/16/configuring-visual-studio
-to-debug-net-framework-source-code.aspx)

I can double click on a line in the call stack all I get is "No Source
Available"

So much for that!

Is there any new instructions for configuring this in VS2010?

I think reflector is probably better, however my primary reason for trying
this is to see if a VB.NET code would provide framework classes debug step
through in VB.NET or C#.

Will the step through of the .net framework reflect the language that the
project is coded in or will it always default to c#?
