I love OneNote but I'm not sure I'd use it for project management. It's
great for taking notes in meetings, creating action items for yourself etc
but if I were dealing with a team I'd be looking into something more like
Jira <http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/overview>, or if you are
working on smaller projects or want something a bit simpler, something like
Trello <http://trello.com> would be good to use.
If I were you I'd use OneNote to record items brought up by in meetings,
then later on translate them into stories/action items in Jira or Trello
and assign them to people.
