I don't have experience of any wysiwyg CSS editors, but it might be
worthwhile trying one that purports to handle all the scripting languages
(eg, EditPad Pro http://www.editpadpro.com/download.html - trial version;
the paid version is $US50). 

Most developers would probably use the functionality of tools that are well
beyond clients' ability (ie, too much extra functionality which would
confuse many people) - meaning that recommendations may not be so useful.
