I can't get NuGet v2.0.306.x to install, over the v1.7.x that I have had for a while. This is without VS2010 running, downloading fresh from the Codeplex site.
Has anyone had the same problem? The log file gives this - 13/08/2012 9:00:08 PM - Verifying matching extension signatures before updating... Installed Extension Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\IDE\Extensions\Microsoft Corporation\NuGet Package Manager\1.7.30402.9028\ Update Extension Path: c:\users\<NAME>\appdata\local\microsoft\windows\temporary internet files\content.ie5\n5to6wnt\nuget.tools.vsix 13/08/2012 9:00:08 PM - VSIXInstaller.SignatureMismatchException: The signature on the update version of 'NuGet Package Manager' does not match the signature on the installed version. Therefore, Extension Manager cannot install the update. I assume that I will have to uninstall the v1.7.x before installing v2.0.x, but the Disable and Uninstall buttons in the Extension Manager in VS2010 are greyed out. _____ Ian Thomas Victoria Park, Western Australia
