Newrelic https://newrelic.com/ is a pretty good SaaS solution - although pretty light for customisation - kind of gets you about 90% of the way there - free trial too - but can be pricey. I do have to say the application profiling is not too bad especially if you're pointing the finger at developers code being poor - as all infrastructure people do.. The default sensors configured into the product show that they have been around the traps and know what to look for (number of xlates in a Cisco ASA as a default rule, for example).
