Hey, here's a trap ... I followed some instructions to check-in a project
in VS2012, but as it was underway it stopped and asked me about no
association for certain files, including a 9MB SQLite database file, I was
never asked which files where suitable for check-in. So I cancelled the
check-in and closed VS2012 without saving project changes. Then I noticed
in the web account control panel that I had a team project called
$/Foobar/foobar, so something else subtle had gone wrong.

After 40 minutes of searching the web control panel (hopelessly) and then
using web searches I found that this was the only way I could find to
delete a project:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio
11.0\Common7\IDE>TFSDeleteProject
.exe /collection:https://*mybusiness*.VisualStudio.com/DefaultCollection *
Foobar*

Mercifully it worked. Oh well, back to the blocks tomorrow for another run.
