I've been thinking about whether I should just remap resharper and even had
a look this morning to do that and then decided that I'd need to look later
as there were a lot of resharper shortcuts in there and I didn't know what
it was called - so you've now solved that issue for me - if I decide to go
down that path and retrain my muscle memory :)
