My notebook of almost 7 years has died a tragic death. RIP. What's the go on notebooks these days? I used to just go straight to Dell and choose something but haven't looked for years so don't want to go down the wrong path if things have changed.
Don't need anything crazy- 4GB ram was fine but I hear 8GB is the norm now, solid state I guess as I've never had one of those, windows os obviously- win8? not sure never used it, and of course visual studio- i currently use a single instance of 2010 running at any time but I guess I may upgrade to the latest version whatever that is or just use the free express versions I need. :-) Any recommendations? Price willing to spend? $1200? Cheers
