Tony,

The general problem has been "there are not as many apps available for
Surface as there are for IPad" , they could totally covered a new kind of
marked by allowing side loading that neither Apple or MS app stores cover.
But hey some manager must have got a bonus for coming up with the idea of
3K for 100 side loading licenses. Where as anyone else would have gave them
away as an alternative to App Store Model. Where is Balmer when developers
need him?
