You probably need to change your Twitter password. You've inadvertently clicked on a link somewhere that has captured your Twitter authentication token or even password and that is being used by some bot to send tweets on your behalf. That's a roundabout description for it - pretty sure changing your Twitter password fixes it - also just make sure via Settings and Apps on Twitter that there are no erroneous apps installed.
