Ooops I dunno, I linked to the first pictures of the covers I could find in a Google. I just assumed they were some generic book website. I hope I haven't accidentally endorsed some scam mongers, pardon me folks if I have! I actually purchased my pair from Bookware in Canberra, but I don't want to endorse them either -- Greg K
