I have managed to rid the xmlns on serialize by adding (blank, blank) to a
dummy XmlSerializerNamespaces object, now I have to make it accept
simplified xml on deserialize.

I'm avoiding JSON for now because the first client of my API is a Borland
C++ app and I don't know how they feel about weird namespaces coming at
them. The xmlns also reveal internal implementation details.
