Bad news chaps, I installed the VS2015 Xamarin components and rebooted the VM.
The XamarinShellPackage did not load correctly. 80004003 - E_POINTER - NullReferenceException New iPad project, I get the same pair of errors and no project is created. Same for a new Android app. So I guess it's all SNAFU and I give up for today, after 10 hours I got nowhere, but I actually expected that, so I'm not really upset. *Greg K* On 27 May 2015 at 16:23, Greg Keogh <[email protected]> wrote: > I just inspected the VS2015 installed components and it says that Xamarin > is not installed, even though I know I checked it this morning (that's the > whole reason for this exercise!).
