Bad news chaps, I installed the VS2015 Xamarin components and rebooted the
VM.

The XamarinShellPackage did not load correctly.
80004003 - E_POINTER - NullReferenceException

New iPad project, I get the same pair of errors and no project is created.
Same for a new Android app. So I guess it's all SNAFU and I give up for
today, after 10 hours I got nowhere, but I actually expected that, so I'm
not really upset.
