Folks, I wrote a utility to conveniently upload/download files from Azure
Blob Storage, it uses UploadFromStream
<https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj717380.aspx> in its simplest
form. It's been working well for weeks, but this morning I tried to upload
a 25MB file and after 20 minutes it threw this:

Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Storage.StorageException occurred
  HResult=-2146233088
  Message=The request was aborted: The request was canceled.
  Source=Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Storage

Experiments show I can upload 4, 8, 12, and 16 MB files, but 20 dies with
the error. I tried altering the ServerTimeout and MaximumExecutionTime
properties of the blob client and the blob request but it makes no
difference. Web searches as usual don't help.

Has anyone encountered this issue and defeated it?
