I was afraid of this sort of thing, where national boundaries are worthless
for cloud data protection.

Which version control and cloud storage providers and services encrypt data
at rest by default? And who has the keys? I've been wondering about this
for ages, and now it's time to find out more. I mean, I don't care if my
source and backups are stored on Kremlin servers so long as their
encryption is implemented correctly and only I have the keys.
