Can anyone recommend a way of getting support for Azure? I just have the MSDN subscription Azure and I have just signed up to the $29 USD a month support. Except that after billing my credit card the sign up process dumped me with no invoice, no welcome email, and no hint on how to get support.
I was able to chat online about the problem and guess what that is my first problem. I can't believe that my very first support ticket is about trying to get a support ticket. Thanks Kirsten
