I don't think you have to be a Bruce Lee Top Gun instructor of CSS for our needs. We have 3 developers, but two are from a long C++ background and never done modern web work, and I have always avoided web design (it's like herding mad cats), so we need someone who knows how to nest and position <div>s into columns and rows and set their sizes to fit the browser window. There are probably high school kids who can do that, but I can't find anyone at any skill level so far. *Greg K*
