I've been under the impression that Insights is optional and overkill when I just want plain text logging output to blob storage. Despite all my reading, I can't figure out if Insight is compulsory or not in what circumstances. I don't want to activate some extra configurable plumbing if I don't have to. Do I have to? Most articles say that simply doing a Trace.WriteLine will generate output, without the need for anything else, but not for me. *Greg*
