Katrina, In regards to CF males with CF have a congenital vesectomy, their vas is usually interupted rendering them sterile. Females I presume are fertile but until recently they have not lived long enough or healthily enough to reproduce and it will be something for them to consider as their prognosis improves with treatment and transplants.
