I am a second year midwifery student in Newcastle Upon Tyne in England. Next
year, when I'm a third year, we are allowed to do an elective placement and
I would like to do mine in Australia. I have a particular interest in
Queensland or Sidney. Do you know how I could go about getting information
about this? I am doing a Bsc in midwifery and I wondered if you have the
same type of programme in Australia. We pay our own expenses and would
work/observe midwifery practice in Australia, for possibly 3 weeks. I am a
mature student and my course leader suggested I make some enquiries now so
that things can be organised. I would really appreciate any help you could
give me,
