Yes, I agree that things are desparate when women forego breastfeeding for
rice/cow milk. Here is the impact of Western culture. Too sad.

Things all around the country are very desperate. Women give
their babies rice water because they cannot afford milk and we have seen
an upsurge in the already present malnutrition.
