Hi
I have just resubscribed and wonder if anyone has any information on the
effects of short term contracts on midwives or nurses. Does anyone know of
any research done in this area? It must have some effect on morale and
burnout - anyone have any references on this subject? Any information you
can send me would be much appreciated.
