Hi all, I am wondering if anyone can point me in the direct of any recent research that discusses causative relationships between any factor to do with childbirth and 3rd and 4th degree tears. I have research that discusses the relationship of epidural and perineal trauma (MIDIRS). Does anyone know of any other articles?
